Registration fees & Scholarships

REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees : € 50

The registration includes:

• Participation to the conference and visits to regional companies
• Lunches (Tuesday 9th, Wednesday 10th, Thursday 11th, Friday 12th)
• Coffee breaks
• Social event (evening of Thursday, 11th)
• Poster session and job fair
• Accommodation at the Lycée Kastler, in Talence (4 nights for each participant if needed)

All rates are VAT free.

Please note that from 15 days before the event, costs have already been incurred with the various service providers. No refund of registration fees can be made.

SCHOLARSHIPS

The scientific committee and the organizing committee will be offering a limited number of scholarships to Master’s students to cover the registration fees and travel expenses up to a maximum of € 200.

1 – Submission of motivation letter
2 - Receipt of the acceptance mail and scholarship notification
3 – Registration on SciencesConf platform with payment before 8th March, 2024
4 – Sending your ticket receipts
5 – Reimbursement of your travel expenses and registration fees.

Assignment of the grants will be announced between April 8th and April 12th.
